Adjacent to the Brasserie, the Brooklands Bar is the classic cocktail bar.

Exuding sophistication and style; with slick service, classic cocktails, good music and a great mix of locals and hotel guests. During the day you can put the world to rights over an expresso from Caffe Musetti or maybe even a glass of Argentinean Pinot Blanc. Come the evening, the mood changes: out go the laptops and in come the Extra Dry Martinis, the Whisky Sours and our signature special – the Brooklands Sprint Swizzle.  Los Valientes 10 year old rum, hazelnut syrup, lime juice & chocolate bitters combined and swizzled over crushed iced.  Just another reason to come and see us here at the Brooklands Hotel very soon!
