The e-proposal will be emailed direct to you and holds information about our hotel, the local area and of course a quote based on your exact requirements. Using our Executive Cars service, your dedicated Meeting and Events Co-ordinator will organise a collection and return journey for up to four of your VIP's from a chauffer driven car within a 20 mile radius. Perfect for those all important guests flying into Heathrow airport. Minimum contractual spend applies.
With any event, there can be certain elements that take up time, checking in can be one of them. We will always do what we can to make your whole experience easy. That is why, your most important attendees can skip the queues, as we will check them in for you. We will also arrange for group check-in's for any group of ten delegates or more.
Our sought after, spacious Suites are a unique selling point for us, with some of them benefiting from large, decked terraces that over look the impressive Mercedes-Benz World circuit. That's why we offer one complimentary Suite upgrade with every £5k contractual spend, for the organiser to distribute, subject to availability.
We believe business should be very personal, this ensures all the details are taken care of, with special attention to the small things that can make an event memorable and inspire confidence that everything will just happen. Personal touches, can make all the difference, that's why for every event your dedicated Meeting and Events Co-ordinator will be there to meet & greet you and your delegates, be on hand throughout the event and close the meeting to gain feedback. For contractual event spend of £5k or over the organiser will also receive a mini Clarins gift pack as a thank you.

At Brooklands Hotel, we have a fantastic and energetic team of Personal Trainers from our BFIT gym, who would be delighted to kick start your event or give your delegates an afternoon energy boost in your meeting room. Why not tie that in with some energy releasing and nutritious food during your morning or afternoon breaks. The use of the BFIT Personal Trainers is complimentary, subject to availability. Additional costs apply for food and beverages during breaks.
For bright new thinking, why not make use of our creative corners? A great space for events that involve lots of brain storming, with teams needing to work together. Subject to availability, we will provide you with additional meeting space at no additional cost, with flip charts and bean bags, to get your creative juices flowing.
During your event, give your delegates a space to relax and take in the information given during your meeting. Subject to availability, we will provide you with an additional room, with bean bags, newspapers, a Wii console and scalextric.

If your contracted event spend is worth £40k, we will provide a Prosecco reception in one of our Suites complimentary for up to 40 people or you can enjoy a BBQ on the balcony complimentary for up to 14 people.
If your contracted event spend is worth £50k, we will provide a BBQ on the balcony of one of our Suites complimentary for up to 17 people.
