In addition to our award-winning 1907 restaurant, bar & grill, Brooklands Hotel is home to a collection of nine private dining rooms with fantastic banqueting facilities. Our event space has a private entrance as well as a spacious bar and lobby area, and we can cater for up to 200 guests for a drinks reception.

When you refer a friend to on to us after your event, we'll reward you and your friend! You'll receive a monetary voucher to spend at Brooklands Hotel and your friend will receive a £50 monetary voucher to spend at Brooklands Hotel*.

  • Terms & Conditions
    • Must quote ‘refer a friend’ when placing initial enquiry along with friends full name.
    • Monetary voucher will be sent once your event has taken place and any outstanding balances have been settled
    • Monetary vouchers will be valid for six months from date of issue
    • No change will be given if spend is less than face value of monetary voucher
    • Monetary voucher must be used on one transaction
    • Standard gift voucher T&Cs apply
    • New bookings only
    • Minimum numbers of 25 guests and maximum 300 guests
    • Event must take place before 31st December 2024
    • Subject to availability
    • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
